Lara states, "I am healthier than ever before because of all the working-out I have been doing and feel that I am in my best form ever. I have never wanted to be waif-thin, but to have a fit and lean figure, which I have achieved all thanks to the strenuous training that I have been going through preparing for the movie BLUE."
Over the last three months, the former Miss Universe Lara Dutta sweated it out big time to loose oodles of weight, and also to reduce those lovely curves considerably.

Only because, she was required to get into a bikini and do some underwater action scenes for her next film, Blue!

Lara, who stars opposite action king Akshay Kumar in this film, plays an underwater diver. And, according to her, “I couldn’t have done that with those curves.”
Lara Dutta, who made her debut with Priyanka Chopra, will be seen in a blue bikini for the high budget action adventure film Blue directed by Anthony D’Souza.

The film also stars Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Zayed Khan and Katrina Kaif.

The movie will be based on the theme of Shipwreck and treasure, thus most of the shooting will take place under water. All the actors have been methodically trained in scuba diving in Bangkok.
