Miss Mexico crowned Miss Universe 2010

2010 marked the pageant's return to Las Vegas after the Bahamas was chosen to host the event last year. The main venue was the glittering Mandalay Bay Events Center in the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Las Vegas, where 85 contestants from around the world competed in this year's pageant

The 2010 winner? Miss Mexico, Jimena Navarrete, was crowned Miss Universe 2010. She was officially crowned by Miss Venezuela, Stefania Fernandez, who was named Miss Universe at the 58th annual 2009 pageant.
